FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Commercial Plumber position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
Job Summary: Responsible for installation of new plumbing systems in both new construction and existing commercial spaces for renovations. Technician will be assigned to multiple locations determined by project schedules and timelines.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
Residential plumbing new construction installation and renovations
Commercial plumbing new construction installation and renovations
Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, peers, and supervisors
Tech savvy (mobile friendly technology)
Problem solving skills
Tools are not required but are a huge plus!

Required Skills and Abilities:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing installation
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Works well with a team
Ability to work independently without instruction
This position requires a clean driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen.
Candidates currently holding licenses or certifications will be highly considered and competitively compensated; however, experience in the industry will be accepted.
In addition, the following training/experience is a PLUS but not required:
DWV piping systems
Domestic Water systems
Gas piping
Grease trap installation and service
Sewer lines
Can operate the following equipment: trachoe, ditch witch, skid steer, lull, scissor lift, and man lift)
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma
Three (3) to Five (5) years previous experience
Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using FMM's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion and Integrity
Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
May perform other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
