Our employees voted this bank as one of the “Best Places to Work” in the North Bay Business Journal, and they are seeking a Portfolio Manager to join their Commercial Banking Office in Napa.

The Portfolio Manager is responsible for leading the middle market underwriting and management of a portfolio of credits with varying complexity. In addition to managing credit risk, the focus should be on excellent customer service to retain clients and find ways to grow the loan and deposit base of existing customer relationships. The Portfolio Manager will also work to train and mentor junior staff as appropriate.

Professional / Educational Experience: Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in a related field and a minimum of 7-10 years relevant banking experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in winery/vineyard underwriting is helpful.

In addition to the pay range, all bank positions are eligible for incentive compensation, which varies based on role. The pay rate for a successful applicant depends on a variety of factors including but not limited to geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level.
