PIP Printing in Anchorage, Alaska, is seeking a dedicated Bindery / Finishing Specialist to join our growing team. Full-time Position

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain bindery and finishing equipment (e.g., folders, cutters, stitchers, drills, perfect binders, laminators).

Perform quality checks to ensure printed materials meet the highest standards.

Bind, trim, fold, and package finished products according to customer specifications.

Assist with inventory control and restocking of supplies.

Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure timely and accurate order completion.

Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on bindery equipment.

Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience in bindery or finishing is preferred but not required.

Ability to operate and troubleshoot bindery equipment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
