Responsibilities: • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision-making process • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License or the motivation to get one • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices Compensation: $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
