Responsibilities: • Evaluate properties in Orange Beach, AL using local real estate market comparisons to ensure competitive market prices for clients • Conduct thorough inspections on all properties to identify any necessary repairs, aiding clients in purchase/sale negotiations • Actively seek out potential acquisition targets and expand the lead database to support future business growth • Present commercial properties tailored for business use, offering financial insights and analytical data to clients • Provide tours of business properties, assessing building maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analytical data • Coordinate and attend all property inspections to support clients in purchase/sale agreements • Serve as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property prices and oversee accurate and legal transaction closures • Offer clients research on the local market area to facilitate informed decision-making • Generate leads in the commercial real estate sector • Follow up on commercial leads effectively • Master CRM and database utilization • Execute plans diligently • Foster relationships with in-house agents and teams for referral purposes Qualifications: • Proven experience in marketing and advertising procedures is highly valued, and the capability to oversee a transaction from initiation to completion is crucial • The ability to establish connections with a diverse range of personalities is essential • Must be self-motivated, independent, and possess some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Understanding of real estate industry practices and lease terminology is required • A real estate license is mandatory, or the willingness to obtain one • Excellent communication skills are a must • Must have or be willing to acquire a Real Estate license Compensation: $98,400 - $231,200 yearly
