Responsibilities: • Build relationships with businesses in various industries in Colorado Springs to identify growth opportunities. • Assist clients by organizing and participating in property inspections for smooth navigation of purchase and sale agreements. • Analyze market demographics, population trends, and environmental data to offer well-informed insights to buyers and sellers. • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly following up on inquiries and leads. • Lead negotiations between buyers and sellers on property pricing, ensuring sales transactions' accuracy and legality.
