Responsibilities: • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Seek out acquisition targets and grow book of leads to help ensure future growth • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Commercial sales • Commercial lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and Database management • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Self motivated and self sufficient • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
