Responsibilities: • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth Qualifications: • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Compensation: $100,000 - $300,000 at plan yearly
