Responsibilities: • Represent tenants, landlords, buyers, and sellers in commercial property transactions. • Manage client relationships and guide them through the transaction process. • Analyze market trends and property data to provide clients with insights and recommendations. • Conduct property tours and coordinate showings with clients and other brokers. • Prepare and negotiate offers, leases, and contracts. • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth transactions. • Stay informed about local commercial real estate markets, trends, and opportunities. • Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including landlords, developers, and investors. • Consistently meet or exceed sales and performance goals. Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient Compensation: $100,000+
