Office Intern Position

This paid internship provides a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to the day-to-day operations of a thriving commercial real estate firm, and build valuable skills for your future career.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

Assist with data entry, file organization, and document management.

Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications.

Conduct research and contribute to ongoing projects.

Collaborate with various departments to gain exposure to office operations.

Daily Office Maintenance

Answer the door and greet visitors as needed.

Restock drinks and snacks, ensuring all supplies are kept up to

date.

Monitor and manage office supplies (e.g., paper, copier ink, snacks, drinks) and

notify the Office Manager when supplies are running low.

Take out the trash and replace trash bags when needed.

Coordinate and track lunch orders, ensuring timely pickup as per the office schedule.

Errands and Miscellaneous Tasks

Run errands for Advisors, Property Managers, and office staff as needed.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
