This position is responsible for generating new business for Grand Pacific Financing Corporation and cultivating relationships with loan brokers and potential borrowers. You must be familiar with the real estate market in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio. A strong accounting and credit analysis background is required. Responsibilities: • Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans • Establish and maintain relationships with loan brokers • Analyze the loan applicant's financials • Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations • Meet and communicate with loan applicants and assess their financial needs • Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures • Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree required • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Strong good interpersonal client relations skills • Minimum (2) years of commercial lending experience required • Experience in handling construction loans is a plus • Demonstrated team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment • Ability to analyze financial statements and assess creditworthiness effectively • Solid accounting and credit analysis background required Compensation: $100,000 at plan earnings
