A rapidly growing commercial real estate firm is seeking a high-performing, analytical, tech-savvy multi-tasker to take on a key role in managing operations and compliance for the brokerage in the position of Operations & Compliance Manager. This role will ultimately be responsible for and provide comprehensive operational management, training, and support to the brokerage and agents. Responsibilities: • Oversee all technology, databases, CRM, and leads. • Maintain and manage the organization of data, files, and other office systems for maximum efficiency and redundancy. • Oversee and assist as needed in transaction management, and improving the transaction process and procedures. • Manage brokerage compliance and education. • Manage, maintain, and update internal brokerage agreements and standard forms. • Assist with the review and drafting of sales contracts, brokerage forms and agreements for compliance, and communicate and collaborate with broker legal counsel as needed. • Develop, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Assist with devising reporting on operations initiatives, and key metrics, as well as assisting with data compilations and reports as needed. • Manage client data rooms, permissions, etc. • Manage vendors and track and manage projects, subscriptions, and budgets. • Assist and facilitate agent training, both online and offline. • Continually oversee, evaluate, and maximize efficiencies in all aspects of the brokerage processes, systems, and operations. • Maintain knowledge of brokerage and license regulations • Manage, enhance, communicate, and enforce standard operating procedures. • Ability to fill in and assist management as needed. • Willingness to learn and adapt. Qualifications: • Texas broker or agent license. • Prior experience in management or similar role. • Solutions-oriented with strong technical aptitude, technology skills, and experience. • Project management - the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, under pressure. • Exceptional Excel skills, and knowledge of general financial terms and principles. • Technical aptitude and understanding of websites, graphic and digital design, and online marketing platforms is a plus. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
