Responsibilities: • Offer expert guidance on real estate investment strategies tailored to client goals. • Perform comprehensive property analyses, including Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), market comparables, and in-depth industry research. • Create and distribute high-impact marketing materials to promote exclusive listings. • Actively prospect for new client opportunities, growing your professional network within the commercial real estate space. • Negotiate and close exclusive listing agreements, purchase agreements, and sales contracts. • Keep thorough, organized documentation and manage client databases efficiently. • Lead training sessions to enhance the skills of other commercial agents. • Foster collaboration within the team while offering support and guidance to fellow agents.
