Responsibilities: • Offer expert guidance on real estate investment strategies tailored to client goals. • Perform comprehensive property analyses, including Broker Opinion of Value (BOV), market comparables, and in-depth industry research. • Create and distribute high-impact marketing materials to promote exclusive listings. • Actively prospect for new client opportunities, growing your professional network within the commercial real estate space. • Negotiate and close exclusive listing agreements, purchase agreements, and sales contracts. • Keep thorough, organized documentation and manage client databases efficiently. • Lead training sessions to enhance the skills of other commercial agents. • Foster collaboration within the team while offering support and guidance to fellow agents. Qualifications: • To be considered for this position, it is required to possess a valid Florida Real Estate License. • An in-depth knowledge of the local commercial real estate market is a fundamental requirement. • Strong communication abilities and adeptness at building relationships are essential qualities. • Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining connections with industry stakeholders is a key attribute. • Stay informed about economic trends, interest rates, and market conditions affecting commercial investments. • While not mandatory initially, having a CCIM designation would be advantageous. • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred but not obligatory to commence in this role. Compensation: $120,000+ annually
