Responsibilities: • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers and work with loan officers and attorneys so transactions are legal, accurate and completed in a timely manner Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language Compensation: $300,000 at plan
