Responsibilities: • Develop partnerships with businesses across various industries to identify opportunities for future growth • Arrange and attend property inspections to assist clients with purchase and sale agreements effectively • Analyze market demographics, population trends, and environmental data, presenting findings to buyers or sellers to support decision-making • Ensure prompt and efficient follow-up with customer inquiries and leads to deliver exceptional customer service • Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers on property pricing and oversee sales transactions to guarantee accuracy and legality Qualifications: • Must have either a valid Real Estate License or a strong willingness to obtain one • Demonstrated expertise and understanding of industry practices and lease terminology • Proven track record of effective negotiation and communication abilities • Some level of proficiency in marketing and advertising strategies • Capable of working independently, highly motivated, and self-reliant Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 yearly
