Responsibilities: • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Commercial sales • Commercial lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and Database management • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
