Responsibilities: • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Commercial lead generation • Database campaigns • Close commercial sales • Sales scripts mastery • Follow the plan Qualifications: • Self motivated and self sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • A real estate license is required • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $170,000 at plan
