You'll work in an Appfolio environment, maintain vendor relationships, and efficiently handle maintenance requests—all while providing the highest levels of customer service Responsibilities: • Business Development : Develop new residential and commercial business opportunities. • Client Satisfaction : Ensure the satisfaction of clients, landlords, and tenants through exceptional service. • Appfolio Management : Work seamlessly within an Appfolio environment to manage properties effectively. • Vendor Relations : Maintain and build strong relationships with vendors. • Maintenance Requests : Handle maintenance requests efficiently to ensure timely resolution. Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent and self motivated • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check • Must have an active Georgia Real Estate License • Several years of property management experience • Willingness to be held accountable • Excellent communication skills • Ability to moderate emotions when everyone else is losing theirs • Team-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit Compensation: $170,000 yearly
