Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Qualifications: • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Self motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Real Estate License (Required) • People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Compensation: $65,000 - $119,570 yearly commission based
