Responsibilities: • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Real Estate License (Required) • People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Compensation: $65,000 - $119,570 yearly commission based
