Responsibilities: • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client Schedule: • Choose your own hours • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Independent and self motivated • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Real Estate License (Required) • People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Compensation: $65,000 - $119,570 yearly commission based
