Responsibilities: • Determine current market value of properties to ensure best possible purchase price for customers • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal Qualifications: • Excellent communication and negotiating skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising Compensation: $70,000 - $300,000+ commission based
