    Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager - Grand Junction, CO, US Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Commercial Real Estate Sales Manager oversees the profitability and operations of the Commercial division. - Key responsibilities include recruiting and retaining productive independent sales associates, implementing training systems, and providing coaching and support to facilitate their business growth. - The role involves leading by example, embodying the company's values, and fostering a culture that prioritizes customer service, collaboration, and transparency through effective communication. This position is exempt from sales duties and offers a competitive and comprehensive employment package including 401(k), Health Insurance, and incredible growth opportunities! Base salary plus Bonus on the production of recruited agents as well as a year end Net Profit Bonus Responsibilities: • Understand CBCPP's commercial real estate market, its major competitors, and market share to recommend competitive agent compensation packages for successful recruitment • Collaborate in setting up recruiting goals and strategies specifically tailored for the commercial markets we serve • Engage in daily recruiting activities to achieve the set recruitment goals effectively • Participate in our "Proven Process" and drive recruiting campaigns to identify potential candidates for affiliation • Support and advocate the company's vision, values, systems, tools, and additional services in our commercial division • Proactively aid sales associates with business planning to establish and reach their sales targets • Offer guidance and support on transactional matters and negotiations for sales associates • Foster an environment of encouragement and high morale among sales associates • Provide high-level support on various systems, processes, and procedures including CBIQ, CBC Desk, Buildout, marketing offerings, and listing syndications • Coordinate and lead weekly sales activities such as office meetings, roundtables, and training sessions with a focus on agent growth and development • Disseminate communications post-meetings to ensure all sales associates in Grand Junction are informed • Oversee and direct activities for the Property Management and HOA divisions, ensuring they meet established goals and maintain professional business practices • Participate in the annual budget and monthly financial review process, emphasizing reaching financial goals set by the Company • Achieve profit objectives by increasing the number of productive agents through recruitment, enhancing agent productivity to help them achieve production goals, and managing operating expenses within budget Qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in commercial real estate sales. Business development, people management, leadership, training or mentoring experience is a plus • Possess a positive attitude, integrity and passion for the industry • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment; a self-starter with strong coaching and negotiating skills • Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to listen, problem-solve and make decisions • Some travel is required to attend company events, conferences, recruiting in other markets, etc. Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
