Responsibilities: • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Commercial Lead generation • Commercial lead follow up • CRM and database mastery • Follow the plan • Nurture in house agents and teams for referrals Qualifications: • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Great communication • Commission opportunityA real estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
