Responsibilities: • Identify and pursue potential acquisition targets to expand the pool of leads for future growth opportunities • Serve as a liaison between buyers, sellers, loan officers, and attorneys to ensure legal, accurate, and timely completion of transactions • Analyze market demographics, population trends, and environmental factors to provide valuable insights to clients for decision-making • Conduct thorough property inspections to pinpoint any necessary repairs and assist clients in negotiation processes • Visit commercial properties, assess maintenance costs, explore renovation options, evaluate financing choices, and analyze relevant data Qualifications: • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently • Proficient in marketing, sales, and advertising • Familiar with real estate industry standards and lease terminology • Skilled in building rapport with diverse personalities • Required to hold a valid CA Real Estate License or be willing to pursue one Compensation: $85,000 - $185,000 yearly
