Responsibilities: • Act as the intermediary in negotiating property prices between buyers and sellers, ensuring the accuracy and legality of all transactions during sales closure. • Offer clients comprehensive market area research to enable informed decision-making. • Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients with purchase/sale agreements. • Conduct tours of business properties, assessing maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analyzing data. • Cultivate relationships that contribute to future growth opportunities. Qualifications: • The candidate must possess a valid Real Estate License or be willing to obtain one with motivation and support. • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising is preferred. • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language is required. • Ability to work independently, showing motivation and self-sufficiency in tasks related to the role. Compensation: $112,500 - $225,000 yearly
