Responsibilities: • Evaluate properties in Firestone, CO, using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair prices for clients • Conduct thorough inspections of all properties to identify necessary repairs for assisting clients in purchase/sale negotiations • Proactively seek out acquisition targets and expand leads database to support future growth • Present commercial properties suitable for business use, offering financial information and analytical data to clients • Conduct tours of business properties, assessing maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and providing analytical data • Coordinate and attend all property inspections to facilitate purchase/sale agreements for clients • Serve as a mediator in negotiations between buyers and sellers regarding property prices and ensure accurate and legal transaction closures • Provide clients with comprehensive market area research to facilitate informed decision-making • Generate commercial leads and effectively follow up on them • Master CRM and database management for efficient lead tracking • Implement and follow through with sales strategies effectively • Foster relationships with in-house agents and teams to generate referrals • Develop expertise in sales communication strategies and techniques Qualifications: • Strong familiarity with marketing and advertising strategies is highly valued, along with the ability to oversee a transaction from inception to completion • Demonstrated capability to establish connections with diverse personalities • Self-driven and independent work ethic is essential • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising principles • Proficiency in real estate industry standards and leasing terminology • Possession of a real estate license is mandatory or a strong willingness to obtain one • Excellent communication skills Compensation: $85,000 - $185,000 yearly
