Responsibilities: • Serve as the intermediary in negotiating property prices and overseeing sales closures to guarantee the accuracy and legality of transactions • Provide clients with thorough market area research to empower them to make well-informed decisions • Coordinate and attend all property inspections to support clients with purchase/sale agreements • Conduct tours of business properties, evaluate maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analyze data • Cultivate relationships that foster future growth opportunities Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language Compensation: $92,000 - $197,400 yearly
