Responsibilities: • Serve as the intermediary in negotiating property prices between buyers and sellers, ensuring all transactions are legally sound and accurate in Gilbert, AZ, US • Offer clients comprehensive market area research to empower them in making well-informed decisions related to commercial real estate • Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients in finalizing purchase/sale agreements effectively • Conduct thorough evaluations of business properties, including assessing maintenance costs, potential renovations, financing options, and analyzing pertinent data • Cultivate strategic relationships that contribute to future business growth opportunities Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this position in Gilbert, AZ, US or the willingness to pursue one is essential • Demonstrated understanding of marketing and advertising is preferred • Proficiency in real estate industry practices and lease language is necessary • Strong track record in negotiating and communication is a must • Ability to work independently, show motivation, and be self-sufficient are key qualities Compensation: $85,000 - $225,000 yearly
