Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
