Responsibilities: • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Show commercial properties that will be utilized for business purposes and provide financial information and analytical data to the client • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Follow up with all customer leads and requests in a timely and efficient manner to ensure superior customer service • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Lead follow-up • Commercial lead generation • Real estate sales • Database campaigns • Network and nurture in-house agents and teams for commercial referrals • Set and execute appointments • Close sales • Sales script mastery Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Good communication • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
