Responsibilities: • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Commercial sales • Commercial lead generation • Commercial lead follow-up • CRM and Database management • Sales talk mastery • Set appointments • Execute appointments Qualifications: • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Proven skills and knowledge in industry practices and lease language • Self motivated and self sufficient • A real estate license is requiredCommission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $170,000 at plan
