Responsibilities: • Serve as a mediator in negotiating property prices and overseeing sales transactions to ensure accuracy and legality • Offer clients thorough market area research to facilitate well-informed decision-making • Coordinate and attend property inspections to support clients with purchase/sale agreements • Explore business properties, assess maintenance costs, consider renovation options, financing details, and analyze data • Cultivate relationships to foster potential growth opportunities Qualifications: • To excel in this role as a Commercial Real Estate Sales Specialist in San Diego, CA, US, you must possess a valid Real Estate License or be strongly motivated to acquire one • Having a foundational understanding of marketing and advertising is beneficial for this position • Familiarity with real estate industry practices and lease language is essential • Demonstrating proven negotiation skills and effective communication abilities is a must • Being an independent and self-motivated worker will greatly contribute to your success in this role Compensation: $95,000 - $225,000 yearly
