Responsibilities: • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job or the motivation to get one • Some knowledge of marketing and advertising • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills Compensation: $85,000 - $195,000 yearly
