Responsibilities: Responsibilities encompass all aspects of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to: • Engaging with clients through meetings and communication. • Overseeing cases from initiation to trial. • Developing strategic approaches to vigorously advocate for clients. • Drafting motions, pleadings, memoranda, discovery requests and responses, correspondence, and related documents. • Managing all phases of litigation, including contested hearings and trials. • Ensuring timely completion of case deadlines. • Analyzing, collaborating, and executing trial strategies to achieve client objectives. • Conducting legal research. • Assisting in training team members. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • A minimum of five years of experience in commercial or residential property claims. • Active membership and good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association. • Comprehensive understanding of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures. • Strong research, analytical, and negotiation abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. • Client-focused with a dedication to delivering high-quality legal services. • Tech-savvy or willing to learn new technologies. • Must be an effective and articulate communicator. • Ability to track and meet minimum billable requirements. • Must be a skilled and creative writer.
