Responsibilities: Responsibilities will include all areas of case management and trial preparation, including but not limited to: • Client interface and meetings. • Manages cases from inception through trial. • Strategic thinking to zealously advocate for all clients. • Drafting motions, pleadings, memorandum, discovery demands and responses, correspondence, etc. • Handling all aspects of litigation, including contested hearings and trial. • Management and successful achievement of case deadlines. • Sound analyst, collaborator, and implementer of trial strategy to accomplish client goals. • Performing legal research. • Assists with training personnel. Qualifications: • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • 5 years of experience in commercial or residential property claims. • Active and in good standing with the Oklahoma State Bar Association. • Strong knowledge of family law statutes, regulations, and procedures. • Excellent research, analytical, and negotiation skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities. • Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure. • Client-focused with a commitment to providing quality legal service. • Must be tech-friendly and/or willing to learn. • Must be an effective and clear communicator. • Must be able to track and meet minimum billable requirements. • Must be an excellent and creative writer. Compensation: $100,000+ base salary - performance-based bonuses
