Job Summary
You’ll work closely with the company owner to drive the growth of the commercial roofing division. This dual role requires expertise in Commercial Roofing Sales and Project Management to ensure projects are executed flawlessly while building and maintaining a robust client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage commercial roofing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely, budget-friendly delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing tailored roofing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, design, finance) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals that align with company goals.
- Monitor project performance and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Address client concerns and resolve project issues promptly.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market developments.
- Maintain meticulous records of sales activities, project documents, and client communications in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in Commercial Roofing and Storm Damage Restoration.
- Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and deliver projects on time.
- Project Management Skills: Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools for effective project execution.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
