    Job Summary: As a Commercial Roofing Sales Team Member, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert guidance on our roofing products and services. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

    Conduct on-site evaluations and assessments to determine customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

    Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotations to clients.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

    Collaborate with the project management team to ensure successful project execution.

    Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and new product developments.

    Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company’s services and expand your network.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.

    Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or roofing industry.

    Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and materials.

    Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.

    Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
