    The Commercial Sales Executive – Energy Solutions will be pivotal in driving growth by acquiring new, large corporate customers. This position requires a strategic and results-oriented sales professional who thrives in an extended sales cycle environment (1+ years). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing executive-level relationships, managing complex sales pipelines, and delivering impactful solutions to high-profile clients. While experience in renewable energy or related fields is a plus, the primary focus is on business development and cultivating partnerships with large public and private companies.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Drive New Business Acquisition : Identify, target, and secure partnerships with large corporate clients, focusing on delivering tailored energy solutions to meet their needs.
    • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies : Create and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's client base, ensuring a strong pipeline of prospects.
    • Engage with Senior Executives : Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives and decision-makers, demonstrating professionalism and boardroom presence.
    • Manage Complex Sales Cycles : Navigate multi-year sales cycles by maintaining consistent communication, adapting strategies as needed, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the process.
    • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets : Consistently meet or exceed sales goals through a disciplined approach to prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.

    Requirements

    • Proven Sales Expertise : 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on new client acquisition and managing relationships with large corporate customers.
    • Long Sales Cycle Experience : Demonstrated success in navigating and closing deals within 1–3+ year sales cycles.
    • Professional Presence : Exceptional ability to engage with senior executives, present confidently in boardrooms, and foster trust with high-level stakeholders.
    • Strategic and Analytical : Strong ability to analyze customer needs, market trends, and business opportunities to craft effective sales strategies.
    • Industry Knowledge : Experience or familiarity with energy, renewable energy, or technical sales is a plus but not required.
