    As a Commercial Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Shine to our commercial clients, forging connections with businesses and property managers in a rapidly expanding, high-demand market, while positioning Shine as the undisputed leader in Northern Virginia’s commercial property care industry.     What You’ll Do

    As a Commercial Sales Representative, your role is focused on engaging with businesses and generating consistent revenue through commercial accounts. You will:

    Develop Business Partnerships: Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with local businesses, property managers, and facility owners to secure Shine’s commercial services.

    Customize Solutions for Commercial Clients: Assess client needs and deliver tailored service packages for Shine’s offerings, including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and seasonal services like holiday lighting.

    Generate Leads & Close Deals: Actively prospect and convert leads into long-term clients through a combination of cold calling, in-person visits, and networking at business events.

    Meet & Exceed Quotas: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals, with a focus on establishing recurring service agreements with commercial clients.

    Drive Market Penetration: Research the local market, identify commercial opportunities, and develop strategies to capture market share from competitors.

    Represent Shine at Business Events: Network and represent Shine at industry events, trade shows, and community organizations, positioning Shine as the premier property care provider in the area.

    Maintain Relationships: Foster long-term relationships with clients to drive contract renewals, upselling opportunities, and referrals.

    What Success Looks Like

    In your first year, you’ll be expected to:

    Build a strong portfolio of high-value, recurring commercial accounts within six months, contributing to a steady revenue stream.

    Generate consistent revenue growth through aggressive yet achievable sales targets.

    Build Shine’s reputation as the go-to property care provider for commercial clients, driving word-of-mouth referrals and becoming the first choice in the market.

    Establish Shine’s presence by developing and executing a targeted commercial sales strategy that positions the company as a leader in Northern Virginia’s property care industry.

    Experienced Sales Professional: At least 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in property care, facilities management, or a related field.

    Charismatic Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present Shine’s services with confidence.

    Strategic & Analytical: Able to research market opportunities, identify prospects, and develop tailored strategies to capture business.

    Organized & Detail-Oriented: Capable of managing multiple leads, ensuring timely follow-ups, and maintaining strong relationships.

    Additional Requirements:

    Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (no violations within the last year).

    Ability to travel up to 100% of the time within your assigned territory (Alexandria, Arlington, or Great Falls). Sales vehicle provided.

    Must pass a pre-employment background screening.

    Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 base salary + uncapped commission potential
