    As a Commercial Sales Representative you'd be responsible for generating and closing sales by contacting and building relationships with potential and existing commercial clients, providing relocation and storage estimates, and ensuring excellent customer service.

    Responsibilities:

    Sales Generation:

    • Identify and pursue new commercial clients for relocation and storage services.
    • Develop and manage a sales territory or book of business.
    • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.

    Client Interaction:

    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with the intent to close sales.
    • Provide excellent customer service and build strong client relationships.
    • Conduct site surveys and provide accurate relocation and storage estimates.

    Sales Process:

    • Develop and present sales proposals and contracts.
    • Negotiate pricing and service terms.
    • Follow up on leads and opportunities.

    Operations and Administration:

    • Maintain knowledge of industry standards and tariffs.
    • Enter customer notes and data into the company's CRM system.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams (inside sales, operations, administration).

    Other:

    • Achieve or exceed annual sales targets.
    • Provide regular performance reports.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and company policies.
