Are you organized, sharp, and ready to grow with a fast-paced, no-BS roofing company? As the Service Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our Commercial Division — scheduling repairs, checking forecasts, and keeping communication flowing between property managers, tenants, and our repair teams.
This isn’t just a job — it’s a pivotal role in a company that’s expanding. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape the systems we use and grow into higher-impact positions, including commercial sales if that’s where your ambition leads.
We’re in our third year of business and building something special. The right person in this seat won’t just support the company — they’ll help drive it forward.
What You’ll Need to Succeed:
Excellent communication (yes, that includes knowing the difference between your/you’re)
Punctuality – 7:30 AM start time is non-negotiable
Quick problem-solving and time management skills
Strong organizational habits — less mess = less stress
Confidence to speak up, ask questions, and handle direct conversations
A hunger to grow — especially if you're interested in moving into commercial sales down the line
Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling for roof and gutter repairs, and inspections with homeowners, property managers, and subcontractors
Add scheduled jobs to the company calendar, including key details like roof type, access instructions, and job type (repair, inspection, etc.)
Create repair estimates with detailed photo markups, subcontractor pricing, and clear scope-of-work descriptions
Build post-repair reports outlining what was completed, including marked-up photos and final pricing
Manage maintenance agreement inspections: coordinate the schedule, complete reports, and send follow-up estimates when needed
Monitor service and personal email inboxes — timely responses (within 20 minutes during working hours) are key to success in this role
Support the residential roofing team with scheduling or administrative needs as they arise
Deliver materials to subcontractors when needed to keep repairs and replacements moving smoothly
Coordinate logistics for larger jobs, including ordering dumpsters, portable restrooms, and scheduling municipal inspections
Occasionally assist with on-site tasks like taking drone photos or collecting core samples for replacements
Provide weekly subcontractor updates, including job summaries, pricing details, and scheduled timelines
Help prepare roof replacement estimates when needed, working closely with the sales and production team
