We are a rapidly growing solar company specializing in commercial rooftop solar installations (100kW to 2MW) with a small percentage of ground mount projects. We work with a subcontractor model, and we’re looking for an experienced Commercial Solar Foreman to lead our teams, manage subcontractors, and ensure smooth project execution. We work year round and do not lay off in the winter.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage rooftop solar installations (100kW to 2MW), ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to timelines.

Oversee subcontractors for electrical and mechanical work, ensuring high standards and compliance with project specs.

Coordinate with project managers and other teams to ensure efficient project flow.

Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

3-5 years of experience in commercial solar installations, primarily rooftop (100kW to 2MW).

Proven experience managing both electrical and mechanical subcontractors.

Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical installations in solar projects.

Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, blueprints, and system schematics.

Experience with OSHA safety standards and a strong focus on safety.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
