We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Solar Sales Representative to join our team and drive our commercial sales efforts.

    Job Summary:

    The Commercial Solar Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and developing new

    business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and closing commercial solar projects.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep

    understanding of the solar energy industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and execute sales strategies to drive commercial solar sales growth.

    Identify and prospect potential clients, including commercial property owners, businesses, and developers.

    Conduct site assessments and provide clients with tailored solar solutions.

    Present and explain solar proposals, financial benefits, and return on investment (ROI) to clients.

    Negotiate contracts and close sales deals efficiently.

    Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, project management, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.

    Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and government incentives.

    Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client communications in the CRM system.

    Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

    Qualifications & Requirements:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the solar, renewable energy, or related industry.

    Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

    Strong understanding of solar energy systems, financing options, and incentives.

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.

    Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
