We are looking for a dedicated Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure the successful execution of our projects.
Job Summary:
The Superintendent is responsible for managing on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, extensive construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of on-site construction, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to meet project goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress and addressing delays.
- Conduct daily site inspections and resolve construction-related issues.
- Communicate regularly with project managers, clients, and engineers.
- Maintain accurate records, including daily reports, site documentation, and material orders.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and operating at peak efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent.
- 1+ years of K-12 construction experience.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, blueprints, and building codes.
- Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and construction management tools.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
