Your Role as an Industrial Superintendent:
As a Superintendent, you will lead industrial and heavy commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality execution. You’ll oversee all on-site construction activities, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, and overall project success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all field operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget
- Manage job site safety, enforce compliance, and uphold company safety policies
- Coordinate subcontractors, material orders, and inspections
- Develop and maintain short-interval production schedules
- Conduct weekly progress meetings and job site coordination
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project plans & specifications
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and resolve job site issues proactively
- Work closely with the Project Manager to maintain budget control
- Review subcontractor scopes of work, schedules, and contracts
What You Bring to the Table:
- 10-15 years of experience in industrial, heavy commercial, and manufacturing construction
- Strong background in tilt-wall, precast, and manufacturing space projects
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach to job site management
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, safety, and quality control
- Ability to travel statewide across the US Southeast as necessary
- Authorized to work in the US without work visa sponsorship
