We are seeking a reliable and experienced Security System Installer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining security systems, including access control, CCTV, and smart home technology for both residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, technically skilled, and have a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain security systems, including alarms, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.

• Work with smart home technology systems, integrating security features such as automated locks, lighting, and surveillance.

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting for security systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Provide exceptional customer service by clearly explaining system features, answering questions, and offering training to clients.

• Collaborate with team members and project managers to ensure timely and accurate installations.

• Ensure compliance with all local and national safety standards, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security system installation, including CCTV, access control, and smart home technology.

• Strong knowledge of networking and low-voltage electrical systems.

• Familiarity with a wide range of security and smart home products.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications related to security systems (e.g., NICET, CEU).

• Experience with home automation systems (e.g., smart thermostats, lights, and locks).

• Knowledge of programming and troubleshooting security system software.
