    Job Title: Commercial Sales Representative

    Company: Rolling Suds - Power/Soft Wash Specialists

    Location: Nashville - Hermitage, TN

    Job Type: Full-Time (Monday - Friday, with potential weekend hours)

    Salary: Starting at $40,000 but negotiable based on experience, plus monthly sales commission. Commission compensation will be provided during interview process - very straight forward comp model.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Representative to join our team. This role is focused on expanding our commercial client base while also contributing to our residential business. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cold calling, cold stopping into businesses, building and fostering relationships, and attending community events as the face of Rolling Suds.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Engage in cold calling and door-to-door sales to generate new business leads.

    Visit potential clients in person to introduce our services and discuss their needs.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients.

    Attend community events to represent Rolling Suds and promote our services.

    Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

    Manage your time effectively to balance cold calling, client visits, and follow-up activities.

    Travel as needed, including some overnights and long days.

    Qualifications:

    Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in door-to-door or B2B sales.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay disciplined in day-to-day routines.

    Willingness to travel for business purposes, including overnight stays.
