Commercial Litigation Associate

Base Salary Range: $180,000 – $245,000 (commensurate with experience)

A respected and established law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its New York office. This position offers challenging, high-level litigation work in a collaborative and professional environment.

Position Overview
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of litigation experience at a leading law firm, with a strong foundation in legal research, writing, and case strategy. This role provides the opportunity to work on complex commercial litigation matters in a supportive and collegial team. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials

• 3–5 years of commercial litigation experience at a top-tier law firm

• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills

• Admission to the New York Bar

• Clerkship experience is a plus

Compensation
The target base salary range for this role is $180,000 to $245,000, dependent on experience and other relevant factors.
